WOODLEY/CHASE PROJECT

 

 Update - August - 2016

 

Some of you may have driven by the site; they have now started grading; commencing with installation of sewer lines as well as LADWP temporary power.  

Expected model homes to be available March/April of 2017.

 

KB Homes will be constructing as well as selling the homes.  The plans remain the same, there will be no external changes.

Updated information as of June-2014......

 

Borstein Development met with the City of Los Angeles/Planning last Friday - June 20th-regarding the revised plan.  The traffic rep;ort has been completed and submitted as well for review and approval.  In addition, Borstein is working on the various plan elevations (house styles) as well.  Everything is still in the Planning approval stage.  Please note that we will be advised when the first Planning Hearing will be held and we will send out an eblast to advise the North Hills West residents as well.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us or call (see our contact page for our email address and phone number).

As you know, Borstein Development will be developing the Busch Property at Woodley/Chase; constructing  73  2-story, single family homes.  Currently, the plans have been submitted to the City and they are awaiting review and approval.

 

There will be HOA's and CCR's to ensure the maintenance of the homes and surroundings.  In addition, there will be 2 green spaces within the private community which will include amenities such as playgrounds for the children as well as areas for bbq's, etc.

 

As soon as Borstein Development receives an approved plan from the City, they have agreed to present to the North Hills West Homeowners Group and answer any questions or concerns the residents/stakeholders may have.
