Of course we all know California is in a drought  and has been for several years now.  This page is intended to keep you updated on those issues as well as providing information for "Drought Friendly" landscaping.  We do not endorse any particular company; we are just providing information on businesses that we have heard of or residents that have asked us to share information they may have.

 

LADWP/MWD REBATE PROGRAM

 

Most of you know that there is a rebate probate program wherein you can receive a rebate of $3.75 per sq. ft. if you qualify.  You need to complete the proper forms in addition you must provide 5 pictures of your property BEFORE when submitting the form.  Approval takes approximately 4-5 weeks, then you have 90 days in which to complete your project.  If you want more information, please go to the link below.
